Wow, too many to mention - there's so many sources you can see but speaking for myself - fit, strong, healthy, rarely ill, had one flu in last 6 yrs which lasted 3 days, loads of energy, feel great within my soul for eating in a way that is best for the planet, best for non human animals and best for my health. btw - nice one pauline - methinks you know nothing and hide under a bridge!

Its the best. I speak from experience. Anybody who knocks it but hasn't done it should keep their nose out of the discussion because they are just pushing their agenda.

you sleep better at night knowing that although the world cannot be changed in one day, you are doing your bit to make the world a better place for everyone.

You're more likely to lose weight since there aren't many fattening vegan foods (I mean, there are some like vegan crisps and chips). Vegans have less chance of high blood pressure and heart disease and some adult vegans usually look younger than they are. Vegans are always aware of what food they put in their body, which is a definite bonus. Most vegans are compassionate and very health conscious (I say most because you do get those few vegans that smoke cigarettes and do drugs and don't care about anyone but themselves). Of course, most vegans aren't like that. I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan, but I still love being one! I don't ever plan to eat meat again. However, I love dairy products e.g. chocolate, cheese, yogurts etc too much to be a vegan and it's easier in restaurants and cafes to be a vegetarian than vegan. However, I do admire vegans for taking the extra step. Hope this helped.
