Can a sushi last overnight, and still be delicious at lunch time next day?

I have no time to make a sushi in the morning, so I think I would just make the sushi at night, then put it at the refrigerator, then at the morning, steam it to heat it up. Is this good?

as long as it's refrigerated, then it should be fine. Just make sure that when you take it out to steam it, if you do at all, that it doesn't have that "fishy" smell to it which is an indication that it is no longer fresh. Fish should never smell like fish unless it's been cooked.
