hello. I want to know what are some famous cuisine's from Davao City aside from tuna panga, kinilaw & odong... Also what are the common herbs and spices that they use in their foods thanks.

You can try Chicken or Pork Barbecue they are also very famous in Davao. One particular restaurant you can check is 'BANOKS' (It originate in Davao) they have a selection of Chicken or Pork Barbecue and the good part UNLIMITED RICE :-) they also have those listed tuna panga, kinilaw & odong and they give good service (Invites you to Eat and Thank you for Eating) You can also check our dried noodles (PANCIT) the best noodle would be in 'DIMSUM' restaurant but if you want a affordable price and authentic original davao flavor you can try 'KUSINA DAVAO'. How do I know this? I am currently working in UAE Dubai and I am from DAVAO.
