I'm a 17 year old guyBreakfast:- Bowl of special K red berries w/ skim milk- Pure protein bar- went to the gym to work out for about an hour and a halfLunch:- Veggie burger w/ lettuice and tomato- Piece of a flat bread dipped in hummusSnack:- Fruit SaladDinner:- Pasta- 1 cup low fat frozen yogurt

No way. At your age and activity level, and gender, you should be eating more. Its all healthy though so good job. But I would suggest maybe a snack after dinner or a snack between breakfast and lunch. You probably aren't getting enough calories.

you are a growing girl you need to eat, and you are extremely skinny if you are that tall and weigh that much... eat girl and don't worry about your weight right now you don't have to, although i would consider adding a little more fruits and veggies into your diet

Breakfast: Ditch the custard bun. Eat a healthy, grain-filled cereal, or some fruit (some days when I'm not too hungry in the morning II eat a banana, then a cup of blueberries, or something else. It depends. I prefer cereal with almond milk because it has plenty of protein and fiber and keeps me full for a long time!) You want to eat something that will give you energy (no crash like a custard bun) with lots of yummy nutrients, or fiber/protein to keep you feeling satisfied.Lunch: Apple is good. Forget doritos, and especially forget counting them like that. That is just torturing yourself. Chop Suey's fine.Dinner: White rice sucks! Get some brown rice, and eat a heaping pile of vegetables, preferably steamed, with it.Starving yourself makes you sick and sickly-looking. Do not use vegetarianism as an excuse for an eating disorder, it makes us look bad.

I think you ate pretty well--With the amount of exercise you do, you really shouldn't be concerned with overeating.Just a suggestion: Consider switching from EggBeaters™ to 100% liquid egg whites--EggBeaters™ have some pretty funky ingredients...

You did not eat healthy today. Doritos are filled with chemicals! Brown rice rules over white rice. Custard bun is bad carbs providing a false sense of energy. Chop suey no good either. Apple is an excellent choice.

No, not nearly enough. You really need more food in your diet. And there is one food group that is totally unrepresented: meat. You NEED meat in your diet: it has a lot of protein and other vitamins/minerals. Plus it tastes great.

The 3 servings of ice cream and whole pack of butterfingers does not sound very healthy to me... You need to include some wholesome food like whole grains, more fruits and vegetables in there. Also, 106 pounds is extremely low for being 5'7". Just because you are thin does not give you the excuse to eat poorly.

you definitely didn't eat too much! i eat about that much (just healthier, most days at least) I'm also fourteen and actually exactly 106 pounds! the only difference is that i'm extremely short. i'm only five foot. (i'm quite muscular)

No, you haven't eaten a lot! Each person's metabolism and stomach varies the amount of food one should eat each day. From my perspective, anyone should be allowed to eat all the foods they want as long as they don't overeat.And, as a surplus, it's only considered "overeating" when you continuously do it.In this case, I'm assuming not. no,but goldfish are not vegetarian friendly. all cheese has cheese cultures in it,which is made with rennet(from a calf after they kill it,from its stomach), there are some vegetarian rennet, but most cheeses are not from vegetarian rennet, so vegetarians can't eat most cheeses. Domino's pizza definitely has rennet from animals.I was watching how they pizza and it was one of the ingredients.

You didn't eat enough, unless you're under like... 4'8. I'm 5'2 (120#) and eat probably twice that on days when I'm mostly sedentary. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. You also need more vegetables and fruits. I see one of each. Unless the "spinach and tomato" was more than a leaf of spinach and a slice of tomato.
