Relax! That is pretty healthy! You will not gain weight!!! I would take out one of the fruits for a vegetable though and eat a little more protein and take out the cappucino and 60 cal mousse. Then I'd work out for about an hour. Cappucino is nothing but fat if you must have it get the nonfat version. All fruits is too much sugar you need more vegetables and NOT just on the side. The Chocolate Mousse is just 15 calories waisted. You are eating extremely more healthy than the aveerage American actually better than me! Good Job! Keep it up!

You, my dear, have an eating disorder.
by Officious Seeing Eye Byatch 2012-02-27 12:38:53
Is this really how you want to spend your time, your energy and your life? Wouldn't it be nice to just eat when you're hungry, eat healthy foods that are good for your body, and let go of trying to control it? Maybe there's something else in your life you're not working on . . .

That sounds like a reasonable amount of food, although it's a lot of fruit, and not so much veggies or grains. If anything, I would say you didn't eat enough. You ate fish, so you clearly aren't a vegetarian or vegan. Why are you asking this in veg*n?
by i*love*a... 2012-02-26 05:38:51
It seems like you're freaking out over nothing. Even if you are trying to loose weight, you still need food to fuel your body.

Honey, you need to CALM DOWN. If anything, you may not have had ENOUGH food. However, you also need to take into consideration whatever you drink as well. Considering you only drank water, it sounds like you barely had 1,000 calories today. You SHOULD be consuming anywhere from 1,500-2,000 calories a day, depending on your size (the average for a woman is 1,800).Also, even if you did binge or something, you're not going to gain weight from one day. Calorie-counting works until a certain point. If you overload your body for one day, most of it will just go through you because your digestive system is just not used to being able to process that much. Consequently, you might have bad gas, but you won't gain weight. And even if you check the scales the next day, the weight is just from the food sitting in your stomach. It's just not possible to gain weight in a day, or even a couple of days - at least, not anything significant or noticeable. You also have to make sure you aren't weighing yourself every day, but maybe twice a week at most.I'm afraid you're going to keep driving yourself crazy! Try loving yourself as you are. Ideally, you wouldn't even be counting calories, but only eating until you're not hungry anymore, and only eating healthy foods (with some cheating here and there). You'll lose weight more by just eating until you're full (as opposed to counting everything) because when you know your restrictions, you feel more pressured to remain within your limits and thus, will binge more. Eat lots of protein and eat healthy fats like avocados, almonds, and flax (proven to actually help you LOSE weight - yes, there is such a thing as weight-balancing fat!). Try to incorporate fiber wherever you can to fill you up. I've been down that road. I'm telling you, I look MUCH better when I forced myself to stop counting calories because although I got really skinny (too skinny, actually), my hair was all brittle and my skin was yellowish because I wasn't getting enough nutrition. Fat is your friend; it keeps your hair healthy, thick, and shiny, and your skin clear and supple. I'm still on the slender side, but I look better than when I was super-skinny because I also look vital - that's when you have that healthy glow that so many people strive for. Flax in particular is AMAZING for that. Strive for health, not weight loss, and you'll be SLAMMING. :)

Chill, your fine. You didn't eat that much at all.And people are going to freak out because you asked this here. Because some feel that a vegetarian can eat fish, I don't see an issue with this question being asked here. Although, some people disagree and think a pescetarian is no type of vegetarian, and that's fine too. Neither side is right or wrong, it's all about how you feel personally.
