Do I just go to starbuck for a free drink (just like that)?

I registered my starbucks card yesterday after having depleted it of money but then I found out I can get a free drink on my birthday.... so I chose today as my 'birthday'. I logged into my account and theres no big signs or anything telling me to go get some free coffee so hence my question, do I just go a starbucks to claim a free coffee?

starbucks should send you a coupon in the mail for your birthday drink. if you try to go in there and get a free drink claiming it's you're birthday they will check your ID, its a new company policy. i guess too many people have claimed it was their birthday just to cheat the system. hmm,..... just like you.
