Who doesn't like spices?? Spices are awesome and add a lot of flavor and texture to various stews, stir fries and marinades. Mmm thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, tumeric, paprika, bay leaves, and so much more mmm .. Correct me if I'm wrong but.. I think you are more referring to "hotness" levels in food. Stuff like scotch bonnet, habaneros, jalapenos, cayenne, etc etc. If it is the amount of heat you are referring to, than in moderation hot peppers are alright in many dishes. As for spices, wouldn't you agree that for the most part they help enhance the taste of the various foods we eat??

MM-hmm - love it! Thai, Indian, Szechuan, Mexican etc. It's all delicious! BTW: Spicy doesn't have to be hot...Eastern European, Middle Eastern and Japanese may not be particularly hot, but have lots of herbs and spices.

Yes, i love spicy food! Although now that I'm pregnant spicy food doesn't love me anymore :( I used to eat Indian food almost everyday but now i've had to revert back to plain boring American food.
