Does oat/rice/almond milk have a lot of estrogen in it?

Hello,I am looking at naturally reducing my excess estrogen and I have learned that 80% of excess estrogen comes from cow's milk. Soy milk, however, also have a lot of estrogen. What about oat milk, rice milk and almond milk? Are these also high in estrogen? Thanks!

The first young lady is right, there is no trace estrogens in those products, and the ones found in soya milk are synthesized, they are not hormonal in base and will not drive up your levels, some will dispute this, but I have used soya milk here in Canada for 10 years, and because of my medical issues have tri-monthly blood test for everything, including testosterone.

I don't think they have any estrogen.

The bottom line is going to be exercise, and a balanced diet. Increase muscle and bone strength, so that your body can properly use and eliminate the hormones. Oats and rice are rich in estrogen so the milk from these will probably not help reduce estrogen. The almond milk should be fine. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of estrogen in them and there is not actually a lot of actual almonds used to make almond milk.To reduce estrogen *increase your fiber intake*, and (if you have not already) reduce (but don't do away with) the consumption of animal products. Lean meats are still going to be part of your balanced diet (in moderation). As you probably know, fiber promotes healthy elimination. Estrogen binds to fiber. This is why a high fiber diet will reduce estrogen levels. And, as always avoid alcohol and junk foods.Body fat causes testosterone to be converted to estrogen. Research ways to naturally raise your testosterone and it will in effect lower you estrogen. Its important to remember the key is balance. Where a lot of people go wrong is they hear one bit of advice (telling them to eat/or not to eat something particular) and go to the extreme trying to correct the problem. So, in doing this they trade one problem for another.
