Haven't been there personally, but given that it's located near a major interstate intersection, it's possible it could be noisy...OTOH, it would be fairly easy for attendees to get to if they are driving themselves. If this is an event where you would have a lot of out-of-town guests tho, it's a fair bit from downtown and there aren't a lot of nice hotels close by.
