How much ice cream can i eat at a time?

currently, ice cream sandwiches...i ate 3 already. i wanna eat like 4 more....is that healthy?what can be the effect of it tomorrow?

Until you run out.Jk. There is no direct effect from eating ice cream. As you know it is unhealthy to eat too much of anything. I ate half a gallon of ice cream in one sitting when I was a kid before. Nothing happened. Just don't eat alot everyday. If you currently suffer from a weight problem, I would not eat any more ice cream.

You just might get very bad abdominal pain.Then you will throw up.Then you can't eat ice cream sandwiches until you are better.Then you are getting stuck drinking Canada Dry Ginger Ale.So, what's your choice?STOP eating too much of those.Just enjoy a sugar-free Popsicle!

well it depends on if u wanna be fat. i would if i had were trying to gain weight but you might have a sugar rush later and risk diabetesut u know i think the ice cream is good so i would eat it. :)

no it isnt healthy n it cud lead to addiction lol. If your stressing over something Try Haagen Dazs caramel cone and you leave those ice cream sandwiches in a heartbeat.
