A girl in my class is having an end of year party and I'm not invited.How could I ask to be invited, because i would really like to go??thanks

Well, one sneaky way is to tell her you're thinking of having an end of year party and would like her to attend, so the two of you ought to get together to make sure you don't both have the same dates picked. She'll then feel obligated to invite you to hers since you'll be inviting her to yours. The downside is that then you'll have to have a party. Nothing elaborate, just invite your friends, have them bring some snacks, and some music, and maybe some decoration. And look at the really good part -- you'll have two parties to go to!
