Is There Something Else I Can Use That Will Work As A Vaccum Dehydration Sealer?

My friend and I are making freeze dried ice cream for a project and is there something else we can use that will do the same job as a vaccum dehydration sealer will? and if anyone knows of another recipe for freeze dried ice cream besides the ehow one...please tell us.

You can use an industrial lipholyzer, but unless you have a biological lab available that probably won't work
