Im 13 and i want to have an end of the year party. but i cant have it at my house!!! i live in NYC, so it has to be in Brooklyn or manhattan. it cant be too exspensive either. please no where corny, especially.

a friends house,places outdoors is always nice (unless you wanna drink at this party) theres no knowing if a 13 year old are gonna be drinking.. times have changed
