Really hungover. help.?

any suggestions of what i should do??i couldnt drink tons of water last night because i threw up.

well you could get off the computer for starts, thats not going to help your headache.

Eat some food, Rehydrate yourself and get some sleep

I just spent 8 days in Spain at a company wine tasting. We went to sleep at 5, drunk as a skunk...and woke up at 7:30am, on our way to another tasting. I have a PhD in hangovers now, trust me.1. Drink some Emergen-C (2 packets is best) - Alka Seltzer is NOT a valid substitute.2. Take 2 "Excedrin Tension Headache" pills.3. Eat some watermelon and have some grapes on hand. Any juicy fruit will do though. Not apples or papaya...something like oranges or juicy melon.4. Drink LOTS of water: If you want...Cut up some cucumber, and put it in a huge pitcher of water. It makes the water taste less bland and waay more refreshing.5. Go outside and get some Vitamin D...if youre lucky enough to have the sun out.Then just go to sleep. When you wake up...repeat if necessary.and no matter what...just remember...tomorrows a new day.. :)

Drink some water, eat something small, take two Advil and two doses of Pepto Bismol.. you should be good to go.
