Sweet sixteen party ideas?

hey, i am a a 15 year old girl about to turn 16 in april and i am having trouble finding a restaurant or place to go in new york city to go for the night with about 15 of my friends....any ideas to help me out? i want it to be different and not the typical outing, i want to make sure my friends have a lot of fun as well as that i have a good time on the night of my sixteenth birthday!

get a 6 foot tall cake and have a male stripper (or 2) jump out and start to sing happy birthday real slow and techno like while giving you a lap dance. Have your friends take pictures for your myspace, myyearbook, or facebook. Have fun :)

Kind of short notice to book anything...and you don't say how many friends or if it's a mixed boy-girl crowd. So I guess it's at your place? Outdoors, indoors?Well, music is a must...and food (cater it? buy sub sanwiches and cut into portions for serving?) chips, dips, taco dip, nachos, drinks. Start stringing up a bunch of lights.A cake that has a shape of something special? (Your sport, your hobby or a Glam Girl?)Hand everyone bags containing 16 items (16 Hershey kisses, or 16 jelly beans, or 16 pieces of gum, etc)....then when anyone hears someone say your NAME...they get to take that person's bag of items away (tell them they can't touch the items til end of game). Person with most bags wins a prize (gift certificate to food place?)How do you want this party to be? Fancy or casual...a sleepover w/girlfriends?Have everyone write down a wish (without using names ) and put it in a bag...then go around and have everyone pick out a paper and then everyone goes around the room reading each wish and has to guess who made it. Don't let the party get so big though that they forget about YOU--after all, it IS your day....Happy sweet sixteenth :D.Be sure you have a HUGE bouquet of flowers on the table for that touch of class for turning "Sweet 16",

rooooooad trippppppp!! u should be getting ur licence so do that, rent a car, get a couple good friends and go on a road trip! it dosent have to be something like 6 hours away lol but somewhere fun maybe someplace with an amusement park like disney? or six flags?sounds like a pretty sweet sixteen to me :)
