What does it mean if milk tastes bad to you and nobody else?

lately when i drink milk it leaves REALLY BAD after taste in the back of my throat. Why? Nobody else in my family says it does that, they all think im lying or exaggerating. whats going on?

I had this problem too, so i either drink Organic milk or Soy milk.

Sometimes people's sense in taste change drastically in a short period. Otherwise, it could be that you finished off a bad carton of milk. I'm guessing that you share the milk in your family, so it's probably the first of the two. Otherwise, if you get milk from somewhere else (i.e. a small store, school, etc.) it could just be a difference in the brands, or type of milk.

Oh that happens to me too that's why i drink milk with cookies or cereal...Anyways everyone has different taste buds. it's just that a lot of people like milk.

I have always hated milk, even as a child. I think that if it tastes bad to you, it just means that you dislike it. Nothing wrong with that at all. I know what you mean by that really bad taste in the back of your throat-- that nasty, old, warm milk thing, right? Milk breath takes forever to go away too, unless you brush afterward. I haven't had straight cow's milk in a long time. For the last few years I've had Almond Milk and Soy Milk. I'm looking into trying Hemp Milk soon, too. I recommend those options, I'm sure one of them will catch your interest and offer you everything and more of what cows milk has to offer.
