It's a hard predicament to be in as the majority of food these days have flour of some kind. Try searching on the net for WHEAT FREE RECIPES... wheat is flour. There are a lot of people who have wheat intolerance including me who need to eat other food are there are places on the web that supply those recipes. Myself I can stand to go without my wheat so I suffer. But in the mean time make up a nice platter of nuts and dried fruits and nibble on them with your coffee. Or change the flavour of your coffee by adding a spoonful of cream or a teaspoon of choco;ate flavouring. Even carmel sauce goes nice in it.

Some people enjoy a savory meal with their coffee. So you don't want bread, I have a cookie sometimes, cake, grahm craker with peanut butter and/or jam.
