Ive been eating Tofu with mixed veggies and white rice. It tastes pretty good. But I know white rice isn't very nutritious. So is there something like rice that is whole grain that i can mix with my tofu and veggies?

Brown rice is always a good substitute for white rice. It is literally a whole grain version of white rice. Think white floor vs. whole wheat flour, same concept. It does take a bit longer to cook, but the good new is it come in "Minute Rice" or parboiled form. I think you can also get it individual serving microwavable bowl variety.
