Give it a name as follows: Chicken Spanish Rice in Tortilla Wrap. PS: Avomatic, for your info. Tortillas originated from Spain. .

Here's the deal. Leave the rice & chicken out of any form of "wrap"/tortilla completely. Tortillas are a part of Mexican culture...not Spanish. Your teacher will probably mark you down for that if you use them. Place the spanish rice in a skillet & slice up the chicken placing it on top of the rice. Cook up some green peas, saute' some bell pepper slices and add in whole green olives. Place these items on top of the rice. Granted, it won't be authentic per se but you could kind of ,"fake" your way into calling it an interpretation of "Paella" (pronounced: pie-aye-a) practically the national dish of Spain. Traditionally, there are many variations of this dish. Some ingredients most often include: rice, saffron, a large amount of broth, peas, olives, pepper slices, meat, poultry, fish or shellfish. It is usually made in a traditional shallow pan with red handles on the sides specifically made for making paella.
