Oh, there are just too many to name just one. I will say, however, that before the recent reinterpretation of many Chinese dishes, I used to order Toffee Wire Drawing Murphy just for the name. It's not called that anymore.

Chinese Black Mushrooms. They are delicious, but can be expensive. Normally, they are served at special parties like Chinese wedding banquets or special birthdays, but you can order them off the menu, too. They are yummy! Third generation Chinese gal.

The "orange chicken" is the most popular dish, everytime I go to some restaurant (places were you watch getting your food on your plate) they're almost out of orange chicken everytime I ask for it. It is one of the most delicious chinese food.
