Steak au poivre, roasted garlic riced potatoes, panko onion rings. This year for dessert I made a no-bake white chocolate cheesecake with a shortbread crust

Steamed King crab legs with lemon garlic butter, veal piccata, Stove Top (don't ask, it just works well), steamed asparagus with hollandaise, and a green salad with feta, pecans, and Champagne vinaigrette. That's been my stay at home birthday meal for three years now.

I love a good fondue, with the roast jackets and salad and bits. I usually eat too much so there's not much room for afters, but a chocolate fondue is always a good finish! lol
