well raisins have lots of sugar since when you dry a fruit all the water is gone but the sugar stays. but nuts have very little sugar. but why dont you try eating oatmeal, muesli, or special k? at least you know that those cereals are healthier.

Raisin Bran was recently revealed to be one of the worst cereals for you, health-wise. Honey Nut Cheerios was not on that same list

Hello. I recently seen a story on TV about cereals that people eat because they think that they're healthy choices. They voted Raisin Bran the WORST cereal to eat. Look at the box and see how many grams of sugar are in a serving of Raisin Bran, and that will explain why. Healthy cereal should have under 8 grams of sugar per serving. Cheerios would be a much better choice. Most cereals have way too much sugar ( and carbs ), and aren't really good choices for breakfast. I love cereal for breakfast, so i can't stop eating it all together, but i do try to pick ones with under 8 grams of sugar per serving.

Raisin Bran. The natural sugar in raisins IS GOOD FOR YOU. THe sugar they add, not so much.Special K and some Sun Maid raisins will be a healthier option down the road if you like Raisin Bran
