I don't, because I find it hard to use them for some reason. I just don't have good control over chopsticks...

I LUV USING CHOPSTICKS! I use them when ever I can. I've used them to eat chips and normal stuff like ramen. I have my vary own pair with pretty swans at the end (they are not cheater chopsticks). I luv sushi too and part of it is cause I can eat it with chopsticks and when ever I go to and asian restaurant I always ask for a pair of chopsticks! ~DESU

I'm Vietnamese so I grew up using chopsticks. I've been told I hold chopsticks wrong because I tend to hold them more towards the bottom. But it works for me. :/ For the past couple of years I've only ever used chopsticks for stir-fry or noodle soup. More to do with my inability to make lovely clumpy rice.

i do even tho i am awful at them. like, ill be doing great, manage to eat like, half of a meal with them PERFECTLY and then all the sudden i start failing and cant hold onto anything with them, lol

Well, I'm not Asian. So sometimes I alternate using Oriental chopsticks and the Occidental flatware if some Asian dish is either easy or difficult to handle with chopsticks.

i am chinese, so i'm used to using them. the name literally translates to "fast sticks" in chinese because they are really fast to eat with once you get teh hang of it. it's really easy. in china, any 3-year-old has mastered the use of chopsticks already. I love using them in place of a fork or sometimes spoon. they're dead useful for picking up peanuts and small stuff like that that you can't pick up with a fork or spoon
